I recently stayed at Hotel Primo for Christmas and was impressed by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult situation, showing kindness and sympathy. The housekeeping was impeccable, and the room was spacious and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat. The free car park and private garden were convenient amenities, adding to the overall pleasant stay. Even though we had to leave the car outside due to limited space, the area felt safe and secure. The location was easy to find, and the staff's friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel welcomed. From the secure parking to the proximity to shopping centers, Hotel Primo provided a seamless experience.
